The Founder: A Dual-World Pedigree

Axiom Performance is the culmination of a career spent at the highest levels of two distinct yet parallel worlds: High-Performance Sports and Corporate Organizational Development.

Our founder, Rajesh Misca, brings a unique synthesis of expertise to the table:

  • In Sports: An ICC Level 2 Tutor and Level 3 High-Performance Coach in both Cricket and Golf, currently finalizing PGA Holland certification (with a record of perfect examination scores). His experience spans managing international cricket talent to coaching Tokyo 2020 Para-Olympians, mastering the microscopic margins of elite victory.

  • In Business: Extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing Organization Development (OD)and Talent Management programs for Global Multinationals (MNCs). As a seasoned entrepreneur, he has built and scaled business ecosystems from the ground up.

Axiom Performance is the natural evolution of this journey—a transition from entrepreneur to the creator of development ecosystems that bridge nations and industries, ultimately closing the gap between athletic discipline and professional excellence.
